Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Manager for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), with 8+ years in planning, budgeting, and forecasting. You will lead delivery on global client engagements, shape solution design, and drive business development within CFO & Enterprise Value teams.

Qualifications

• Functional experience in planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Hands-on experience in Anaplan, SAP BPC, SAC or SAP Group Reporting.
• Experience in AI/ML or data science use cases in FP&A.
• Experience in Data & Master data governance.
• Experience in finance transformation projects across Plan-Design-Build-Testing-Deploy phases.
• At least 3 full lifecycle implementations of SAC, BPC, GR or Anaplan.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery, client conversations, and manage stakeholders on the project.
• Lead the team of experienced resources and guide teams on project execution.
• Design and implement EPM engagements to meet time and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with client organizations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead EPM application design and assess project requirements to identify best solutions.
• Identify business opportunities and drive development activities.
• Prepare responses to RFPs and drive client conversations and proposals.
• Develop project plans, estimates, staffing, and execution approaches for EPM opportunities.
