Qualification/Skills Needed:
Technical Competencies:
Deep working knowledge of the Philippine EIS System (PD 1586, DAO 20330, and subsequent issuances)
Proficiency in technical Writing for EIS chapters including ecology, social impact, air quality, water quality, and environmental risk.
Familiarity with EMB review processes, EIARC deliberation procedures and post ECC compliance requirements.
Competency in field assessment methods for terrestrial and or marine ecology, biodiversity surveys, and environmental sampling.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under deadline pressure.
Other Requirements:
Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Filipino.
Willing to be deployed to field sites as required by public scope.
Familiarity with DENR regional offices and EMB procedures across multiple regions is an advantage.
Professional Licensure (Environmental Planner, Chem Engineer, or related PRC board) is an advantage but not required.
