Job summary

ENVI-COMM CORPORATION is seeking a qualified environmental specialist to oversee QA, document review, and baseline study reporting in Cebu City, Philippines. The role emphasizes strong English and Filipino communication, and field leadership across multiple projects with public scope.

You will lead technical writing for EIS chapters, coordinate EMB reviews, and guide field surveys while ensuring ECC compliance and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Deep working knowledge of the Philippine EIS System (PD 1586, DAO 20330, and subsequent issuances).
• Proficiency in technical writing for EIS chapters including ecology, social impact, air quality, water quality, and environmental risk.
• Familiarity with EMB review processes, EIARC deliberation procedures and post ECC compliance requirements.
• Competency in field assessment methods for terrestrial and or marine ecology, biodiversity surveys, and environmental sampling.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under deadline pressure.

Qualification/Skills Needed:

• Professional Licensure (Environmental Planner, Chem Engineer, or related PRC board) is an advantage but not required.
