Qualifications

• Engineering degree required (B.S. in Electrical/Mechanical or related field).
• Licensed Engineer preferred (except for non-board courses).
• Minimum 10 years in related field with 3–5 years in leadership or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and activities of the Project Team, ensuring smooth workflows.
• Review, approve, and validate technical details, service P.O.s, quotations, and project documents.
• Ensure timely preparation of project schedules (e.g., Gantt charts) and monitor progress against timelines.
• Anticipate project risks and develop proactive solutions to minimize delays or cost overruns.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and align Sales, Operations, Service Team, stakeholders, and other departments.
