Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 12+ years of engineering experience delivering enterprise‑class software.
• Experience leading development, operations, troubleshooting, and teams.
• Understanding of DevOps in practice.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Excellent consulting and conflict management skills.
• Ownership, initiative, and accountability in delivery.
• System design and architecture experience.
• Experience building large distributed systems.
• Deep knowledge of data structures and programming.
• Ability to address diverse algorithms for complex problems.
• Strong grasp of agile software development lifecycle.
