Qualifications

Strong Agile/Scrum background and ability to drive delivery.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Own code quality and engineering standards through reviews and best practices.
Drive performance, scalability, and security across all web applications.
Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team focusing on Next.js and modern frontend frameworks.
Champion Agile delivery, facilitating ceremonies and ensuring high-quality output.
Partner with the Director of Software Development to align execution with business priorities.
Promote innovation and reduce technical debt by adopting new technologies.
