A Product Reliability Engineer (PRE) is responsible for the definition and execution of reliability stress test plans for new products, product revisions, manufacturing changes, and reliability monitoring. The Product Reliability Engineer leads root cause analysis of qualification failures and drives appropriate corrective and preventive actions using structured problem‑solving methods.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Microelectronics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Reliability Engineering, Test/Product Engineering, or Failure Analysis in the semiconductor industry.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
