Reliability technician performs bias set-up qualification in accordance with applicable operating procedures. Assist reliability engineers in executing design of experiments (DOE) and evaluation and debug activities for issue resolution. Reliability technician supports biased set up & loading activities including ESD & Latch up testing.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• 1. Set up, monitor biased set up and provides data log to Rel engineers.
• 2. Maintains, calibrates and repairs reliability stress chambers and hardware.
• 3. 3. Load and unload samples for bias testing.
• 4. Performs board inspection and repair.
• 5. Support inventory management of spares and hardware
