Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to maintain the Quality Management System, resolve customer and internal quality issues, manage non-conforming products, monitor corrective actions, support audits, analyze quality performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality tools.
• Familiarity with CAPA, failure analysis, and root-cause investigation.
• Understanding of customer complaint handling, non-conformance management, and audits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

• Analyze quality performance data and prepare quality reports.
• Review failure analysis results and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Support customer, supplier, and internal audits.
• Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process performance.

Job Description

• Responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System, resolving customer and internal quality issues, managing non-conforming products, monitoring corrective actions, supporting audits, analyzing quality performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work independently and effectively with cross-functional teams.
