Job summary

ENGIE Group is seeking a seasoned site engineer to take ownership of engineering operations, maintenance services, and project delivery at our facilities. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with contractors, and act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders.

The role focuses on asset reliability, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement, with budgeting oversight and oversight of upgrades.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering with 5+ years of experience; or Diploma with 8+ years of experience.
• Strong background in facilities management, building services, or maintenance operations.
• Experience leading teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering engineering projects.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), and fire safety requirements.

• Monitor performance metrics and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Foster a high-performance culture by coaching, developing, and leading site teams.
