Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cybersecurity experience in security operations or vulnerability management.
• Hands-on with endpoint security technologies and remediation processes.
• Experience with cloud security or enterprise security environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for endpoint security solutions across environments.
• Review security alerts and investigate threats, identifying false positives.
• Analyze endpoint security reports and recommend remediation actions.
• Support policy management, configuration changes, and exception reviews.
• Coordinate remediation with internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain vulnerability tracking, dashboards, and metrics.
