Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineering Specialist to design and maintain robust desktop SOEs for multiple clients, enabling remote support and standardization. You’ll drive cloud-first productivity and contribute to a digital transformation journey with 3rd-level support and process improvement.

Ideally you have 5+ years in endpoint engineering, MSP work, and strong PowerShell, AD GPO, and Office 365 skills. Hybrid work from our BGC Taguig office is available in APAC-friendly schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in endpoint engineering and SOE management.
• 5+ years of related experience working for a Managed Service Provider.
• Knowledge of hardware and software vendor support processes, including product lifecycles.
• Advanced end-user management skills alongside modern and traditional SOE methodologies.
• Intermediate project management principles and Office 365 skills.
• Advanced experience in Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 Cloud PC, Intune and SCCM (MECM).
• Experience in Active Directory Group Policy Management.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and deliver solutions in line with organisational goals.

Responsibilities

• Designing and maintaining modern SOE architectures for multiple customers.
• Working with customers to deliver cloud-first productivity and collaboration solutions.
• Developing processes to standardise support and maintenance across environments.
• Providing 3rd-level support and acting as an escalation point for complex desktop issues.
• Proactively managing and maintaining customer SOEs and supporting infrastructure.
• Delivering project tasks accurately and efficiently and contributing to project reporting.
• Guiding and mentoring team members to resolve technical challenges.
• Ensuring a health and safety culture in line with Datacom policies.
