Job summary

EY’s Global Delivery Services is seeking a Cybersecurity Administrator specializing in infrastructure security. The role focuses on design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise email security across cloud and hybrid environments.

You will lead investigations, enforce controls, and collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and compliance teams to deliver resilient, scalable solutions that align with EY’s transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related discipline.
3+ years of experience managing enterprise messaging platforms and email security technologies.
Experience with Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Proofpoint administration.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on administration, configuration, and policy tuning of Proofpoint and Defender for Office 365.
Govern end-to-end email service lifecycle including mailbox management and retention policies.
Develop and enforce enterprise email security controls to protect against phishing, BEC, and threats.
Oversee mail flow architecture, routing policies, and secure communications across cloud/hybrid environments.
Lead email threat investigations, remediation, and root-cause analysis.
