Qualifications

• At least 10 years of hands-on Oracle Eloqua experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong technical proficiency in marketing technology, sales technology, and advertising technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver marketing automation programs in Oracle Eloqua and related platforms with accurate measurement of performance.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, workflows, and implementation plans.
• Audit configurations to optimize lead scoring, lifecycle, routing, attribution, and revenue processes.
• Analyze data from spreadsheets, databases, and analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain reports, dashboards, and forecasts showing program performance and revenue impact.
• Investigate platform and data issues and communicate solutions clearly to teams and clients.
• Ensure quality and production standards across implementations.
• Coordinate deliverables with strategists and project managers to meet timelines and budgets.
• Build platform expertise by learning new marketing and sales technologies.
