TOA Global in Clark, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Electrical Team Leader to anchor the Philippines-based Manufacturing Design and Drafting team. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of local experience in electrical design and drafting, with a heavy focus on switchboard manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams through growth and high-pressure delivery cycles.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and knowledge of switchboard components and standards.
• Knowledge of AS/NZS 61439 and related regulatory requirements.
• Tertiary Engineering qualification or equivalent trade certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design process for Main Switchboards, MCCs, Distribution Boards, and PLC panels to meet high standards.
• Schedule team workloads to hit production milestones and client deadlines; manage budgets and resources.
• Act as gatekeeper for design integrity, ensuring outputs comply with AS/NZS 61439 and project specs.
• Lead safety, quality, and environmental compliance within the Manufacturing Division.
• Mentor and develop a high-performance design team; liaise with onshore partners and global stakeholders.
• Contribute hands-on in AutoCAD to create circuit diagrams and general arrangements as needed.
