Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to lead cost estimation for MV/LV switchboards, switch rooms, and kiosks from Clark, Philippines. This onsite, full-time role collaborates with engineering, design, and production teams on tendering and project handover.

You will review drawings, BOMs, and specifications while negotiating with clients and OEMs. The ideal candidate has extensive electrical industry experience and proficiency with CAD/E-Plan, AutoCAD, and Powercad, plus strong

Qualifications

Extensive experience in estimating MV/LV switchboards, switch rooms, and kiosks in electrical projects.
Solid knowledge of LV switchgear (Schneider, Siemens, ABB) and MV distribution equipment.
Proficient in CAD/E-Plan, AutoCAD, Powercad and MS Office; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates for MV/LV switchboards, modular switch rooms, kiosks, and related infrastructure.
Analyze engineering drawings, BOMs, and tender specifications for technical accuracy.
Oversee the full estimation lifecycle from inquiry to tender submission and handover.
Engage with internal engineering teams, clients, and OEMs/suppliers to clarify scopes and negotiate pricing.
Provide technical guidance and support product development initiatives.
