Job summary

TOA Global in Clark, Philippines is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to lead cost estimations for MV/LV power distribution systems. You will review drawings, BOMs, and tender specs, and coordinate with engineering, design, and production teams across a national project network.

The role requires deep knowledge of LV switchgear (Schneider, Siemens, ABB), familiarity with MV equipment, and proficiency in CAD/AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience estimating MV/LV switchboards and related infra.
• Strong knowledge of LV switchgear and MV distribution equipment.
• Proficient in CAD/E-Plan drawings and industry software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for MV/LV switchboards, switch rooms, kiosks, and related electrical infrastructure.
• Review engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, BOMs, and tender specs for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee the full estimation lifecycle from client enquiry to tender submission and handover.
• Engage with internal engineering teams, clients, and OEMs/suppliers to clarify scope and negotiate pricing.
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams and support product development initiatives.
