Job summary

Vena Energy is seeking a Senior Associate specializing in Electrical Engineering in Pangasinan. You will oversee the construction of the Lasso-3 solar project, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards.

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's in Electrical or Civil Engineering and 5-10 years of experience in substation and transmission line construction. Proficiency in AutoCAD and a strong understanding of PE and IEEE/IEC standards are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Philippine substation and transmission line construction.
• Thorough understanding of PEC, IEEE/IEC standards.
• Experience on grid integration and substations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction, QA/QC/HSSE compliance for Lasso-3 solar project.
• Manage punch list items and ensure timely rectification.
• Coordinate with contractors and perform quality checks.

Skills

HSSE management

Quality assurance

Knowledge of substation and transmission line installation

Proficiency with AutoCAD

Knowledge of NGCP and Meralco standards
