Job summary

EDC is seeking a senior SME to oversee electrical maintenance and reliability across geothermal facilities. You will develop and drive Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) strategies for high-voltage systems, switchyards, protection/control networks, and SCADA infrastructure.

You will provide high-level engineering leadership, troubleshooting guidance, and diagnostics to maintenance teams, ensuring all activities meet safety policies, regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Subject-matter expert for electrical maintenance, reliability and strategic optimization across geothermal facilities.
• Develop and execute Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) strategies for HV systems, switchyards, protection/control systems and SCADA infrastructure.
• Provide high-level engineering leadership, troubleshooting and diagnostic direction to maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of HV maintenance and reliability programs.
• Provide advanced technical direction in RCM/CBM deployment across facilities.
• Ensure activities adhere to safety policies, regulatory standards and asset life-extension goals.
