Job summary

Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Co is looking for a qualified Electrical Engineer for the Metro Manila Subway Project CP-103. This role requires the development of detailed electrical designs, including power distribution and fire alarm systems, ensuring adherence to relevant codes and standards.

The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Professional Electrical Engineer license with at least 5 years of construction experience. Candidates should be amenable to a project-based employment schedule, working from Monday to Saturday, and be able to start as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• License: Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE).
• With at least 5 years experience in the field of construction.
• Can design, read, and calculate electrical power systems.
• Knowledge in electrical design, equipment, and system.
• Knowledge in the electrical testing and procedure in accordance to codes and standard.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed designs for power distribution, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, and communication systems.
• Ensure all designs and installations adhere to the codes and standards.
• Review and sign documents within the scope of their professional license.
• Collaborate closely within teams and other departments.
