Job summary

Fyfe is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in the Philippines to lead complex electrical engineering workstreams across power, renewables, transport, resources and industrial infrastructure. You'll manage design through commissioning, mentor engineers and shape technical standards while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for offshore engineering delivery.

Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant electrical discipline.
• Post-graduate experience across power, renewables, resources, transport or industrial infra.
• Experience in power, electrification, E&I, controls, substations and SCADA.
• Ability to produce and review compliant engineering deliverables with design tools.
• Knowledge of applicable codes, standards and client requirements.
• Strong coordination and clear written/verbal communication.
• Ability to mentor or lead engineers within a safety-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering workstreams on complex projects with scope, schedule and quality control.
• Deliver and review electrical, instrumentation and controls designs and reports.
• Coordinate engineers, designers and drafters to deliver integrated outcomes.
• Guide clients, contractors and vendors through design reviews and commissioning.
• Mentor engineers and graduates, providing technical direction and feedback.
• Strengthen electrical standards and safe delivery practices across the team.
