Job summary

Knowles Electronics (Philippines) Corporation seeks an experienced EHS Officer to lead environmental compliance initiatives and support occupational health and safety programs. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, ISO management systems, risk assessments, incident investigations, and creating a safe and sustainable workplace.

The candidate should have 5+ years in Environmental and OSH management, with ISO 14001/45001 expertise and PCO accreditation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field
• At least 5 years of experience in Environmental and OSH management
• Proficient in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 documentation, implementation and internal auditing
• Must be EMB-accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO) for at least 3 years
• Preferably a DOLE-accredited OSH Practitioner
• Certified Auditor/Lead Auditor for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is an advantage
• Radiation Safety Officer certification is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental, health, and safety programs and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Manage environmental aspects and risk assessments, including EAID and HIRADC activities
• Support and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
• Conduct EHS inspections, audits, training programs, and awareness activities
• Lead incident investigations, corrective actions, and emergency preparedness activities
• Coordinate with government agencies such as DENR-EMB, DOLE, PEZA, PDEA, and other regulatory bodies
