Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Officer to ensure Philippine OSH and environmental compliance across our operations. This onsite, dayshift role is based in Eastwood, Quezon City, Manila.

You will develop, implement, and monitor OSH programs, conduct inspections, lead trainings, manage records, and coordinate with regulators. A strong background in BPO safety, plus knowledge of DOLE OSH standards and Philippine environmental laws, is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be knowledgeable in Philippine OSH standards and environmental regulations.
• Experience developing and managing OSH programs, policies, and procedures.
• Proven ability to conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to OSH standards and laws (Philippines).
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits to identify hazards and risks.
• Develop, implement, and maintain OSH programs, policies, and procedures.
• Identify, assess and mitigate safety and environmental risks across activities.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses; report to DOLE; implement corrective actions.
• Organize and conduct OSH trainings for employees, supervisors and contractors.
• Maintain OSH-related records and documentation; manage permits and licenses.
• Oversee hazardous materials handling and disposal in line with OSH standards.
• Serve as Safety Officer and lead the safety committee.
