Job summary

TESDA in the Philippines seeks a Senior Technical Education and Skills Development Specialist to lead scholarship program policy, planning and evaluation activities. Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the Job.
• Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.
• Training: 8 hours of relevant training.
• Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop scholarship program policies, guidelines and strategies aligned with TESDA priorities.
• Provide technical support in planning, allocation and management of scholarship slots and resources.
• Review, evaluate and endorse proposals and plans to ensure guidelines compliance.
• Monitor program implementation and fund utilization; consolidate reports and analyze data.
• Prepare and submit reports, position papers and policy recommendations.
• Provide technical guidance to TESDA field offices and partner institutions.
• Coordinate with TESDA units, government agencies and partners to strengthen delivery.
• Perform supervisory tasks including staff output oversight and communications review.
