Sunbelt Products is seeking a versatile Senior eCommerce & Marketing Manager to oversee growth and daily operations of our brands. You will lead a remote team of channel and marketing managers while owning strategy across marketplaces and digital marketing.

This role covers revenue, advertising, CRO, listings, promotions, customer acquisition, profitability, and team execution, with a major focus on Amazon and other marketplaces. Fully remote, Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of eCommerce and digital marketing experience.
• 2+ years managing an eCommerce or marketing team.
• Strong hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience.
• Proficient in analytics tools to track and optimize campaigns.
• Experience in online campaigns across platforms (social, email, PPC).
• Project management experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead, manage, mentor and develop the Marketing and Channel Management teams.
• Set clear priorities based on goals, channel performance, profitability and needs.
• Create and oversee marketing strategies for Shopify, including CRO, SEO, paid ads, email, social, affiliates, pages and campaigns.
• Oversee 3rd-party marketplace strategy across Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay and more.
• Review performance data and turn insights into actions.
• Ensure marketing and marketplace strategies drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Maintain a strong, consistent brand across touchpoints.
• Develop SOPs, reporting and workflows for consistent execution.
