Job summary

TVI Resource Development Phils., Inc. is seeking a senior ERP Functional Analyst to bridge business needs with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The role will lead Materials Management, governing processes for purchasing, warehousing, and master data, while driving cross-site deployments and ERP maturity. Based in Isabel, Leyte or Makati head office with periodic site travel for go-live support, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have strong ERP functional analysis capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Materials Management and Procurement domains.
• Experience with data migration and reconciliation across ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and blueprinting across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Site Operations.
• Configure and test Dynamics 365 BC modules, focusing on Materials Management and related workflows.
• Support data migration, integration, and validation for multi-site deployments.
• Provide site training, create user guides, and offer Tier 2 functional support post go-live.
• Own ERP workstreams from scope to stabilization and report progress to stakeholders.
