Job summary

Global Virtuoso, Inc. in Makati is seeking a senior software engineer to customize and extend Dynamics 365 and PowerApps, upgrade the HUBVue client portal, and build automated workflows to streamline operations.

The role requires 5+ years in software engineering or Dynamics consulting, strong C#/JavaScript, and expertise in SQL Server, Power Platform, and cloud integrations. Onsite work aligns with US EST hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, or Senior Dynamics Consultant.
• Proficient in languages & frameworks including C#, .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, NodeJS, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS.
• Proficient with database & integration programs including MS-SQL, Azure SQL, SSRS, SSIS, Data Export Service, Data Gateways.
• Proficient with the Microsoft ecosystem: Microsoft O365 suite, Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate), MS AI, CRM SDK, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints.
• Advanced experience with Azure Cloud Environments and/or AWS API integrations.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and enterprise Design Patterns.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document technical workflows clearly.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate complex business processes into efficient software workflows.
• Ability and willingness to work productively during the normal business hours of US EST time zone.

Responsibilities

• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 and PowerApps; upgrade external client portal to enable advanced client reporting and secure document sharing with internal teams to plan updates, test new features, and deliver improvements on time
• Design and build automated workflows, such as automating complex Case Assignment logic—to streamline daily operations and shift handovers
• Connect external systems with core database including integrating third-party telephony/CCaaS tools for automated call tracking and embedding Customer Satisfaction Surveys directly into HUB platform
• Troubleshoot and fix configuration gaps between the Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules to ensure data and sales activities flow seamlessly between teams
• Develop user-focused platform shortcuts, such as enabling agents to attach and email case documents directly from the HUB workspace without local downloads
• Design database and reporting solutions to automate manual tasks and build automated Case Fee Pricing calculators and update Reserve Reports using SQL, Power BI, and Power Platform tools
• Participate in an Agile/Scrum environment to plan, test, and deploy clean, production-ready code
