Job summary

Deployed Philippines Inc. seeks an experienced CAD Team Leader to join our design operations in Metro Manila. You will develop models from 3D scans, update drawings from site measurements, and produce sign-off and workshop drawings while coordinating with project teams.

Required are a Diploma-level education and strong communication, planning, and organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team. Leaves entitlement, HMO and life insurance upon hire.

Qualifications

• Team Leader experience in CAD/drafting environments.
• Diploma level education or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements helpful.
• Excellent communication and planning skills required.
• Able to work autonomously and in a team.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Proficient with common IT tools and devices.
• Willingness to learn new skills as organisation requires.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models from data and site measurements.
• Update fabrication and concept drawings from measurements.
• Create sign-off and workshop drawings; other CAD outputs as needed.
• Coordinate with project personnel to ensure timely CAD delivery.
• Record project data and follow standard document practices.
• Provide insights to help projects run smoothly.
• Perform other related tasks as requested.
