Job summary

Infomedia Philippines Operations LP Co. LTD. seeks a Senior Director of HR Tech & Transfer to partner with People Services, Finance, Payroll, IT, Operations, Legal, and leadership to build a scalable, employee-centered digital HR environment.

You will translate business priorities into technology and data capabilities, establish enterprise standards, strengthen data integrity, and enable automation and responsible AI to improve efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, information systems, business, analytics, technology, or equivalent.
• Ten or more years in HR technology, transformation, HCM product leadership, people analytics, enterprise systems, or related discipline with leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale enterprise HCM implementations; Workday experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of HR technology strategy, HCM architecture, data governance, integrations, security, reporting, analytics, process design, vendor management, governance.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-geography transformation initiatives with senior executive visibility.
• Ability to translate business strategy into practical roadmaps, operating models, investments, architecture decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong financial, commercial, and vendor-management acumen; contract governance, budget accountability.
• Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, influence, change leadership, stakeholder management.
• Preferred: master’s degree, Workday certification, global/multi-entity/regulatory healthcare or BPO experiences; relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year HR technology roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy and People Services goals.
• Oversee implementation, governance, adoption, release management, optimization, and value realization for enterprise HCM, payroll integrations, and broader HR tech ecosystem.
• Define target-state HR systems architecture, integration strategy, security model, documentation, and audit-ready governance.
• Establish enterprise HR data strategy, governance, privacy, security, data stewardship, and ethical use of workforce information.
• Build executive and operational HR scorecards, reporting catalogs, scalable data products, and analytics for strategic decisions.
• Lead end-to-end process mapping, standardization, documentation, service measures, and continuous-improvement across People Services.
• Identify and implement workflow automation, digital self-service, intelligent routing, and responsible AI to improve experience and efficiency.
• Manage HR technology vendors, implementation partners, SOWs, renewals, budgets, business cases, and TCO.
• Build and lead a high-performing HR systems and analytics team with strong product ownership and change leadership.
