Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Senior Business Analyst / Senior Consultant to support end-to-end growth and delivery of our Supply Chain practice. You will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams to translate needs into scalable, data-driven supply chain solutions.

You'll work across presales, client discovery, requirements analysis, and solution design, with exposure to tools like o9, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, and analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience leading presales activities for supply chain transformations.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and executives.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and solution designs.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end presales activities for Supply Chain transformation and technology engagements.
• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, solution narratives, effort estimates, assumptions, and delivery approaches.
• Work with sales, practice leadership, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop compelling client proposals.
• Create client-facing presentations, solution decks, offering materials, business case documents, and executive-level discussion materials.
• Support the development of new supply chain service offerings, accelerators, frameworks, and reusable consulting assets.
• Participate in client meetings, discovery workshops, demos, and solution walkthroughs.
• Lead or support requirements gathering sessions with client business stakeholders across supply chain functions.
• Analyze current-state business processes, identify gaps, pain points, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, business rules, and solution specifications.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis between business requirements and technology platform capabilities.
• Support the definition of future-state processes, operating models, and solution designs.
