Qualifications

• 8–10 years in social media creative, digital advertising, or integrated marketing communications.
• At least 3 years leading creative teams or supervising agencies or production partners.
• Strong portfolio of digital-first campaigns across organic and paid media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Hands-on layout, design and animation ability.
• Proficient in design/editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Canva) and AI-assisted creativity.
• Experience developing both always-on content and campaign-based paid social content.
• Hospitality, gaming, entertainment, luxury, lifestyle, or premium brands preferred.
• Comfortable working across multiple brands and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of digital-first creative content across Solaire's digital channels.
• Partner with brand, digital marketing, advertising, creatives, and external agencies to produce content that strengthens brand and drives engagement.
• Create and animate content hands-on; adapt AI tools to speed ideation and production.
• Ensure content is optimized for paid media performance across platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency while delivering rapid, pixel-perfect outputs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage multiple campaigns and production timelines.
