Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing & Operations Coordinator to work remotely from the Philippines. You will own social content, websites, email campaigns, and reporting while partnering with the Director to drive growth for Australian client projects.

You’ll manage WordPress/Elementor updates, Loomly scheduling, Mailchimp campaigns, and paid ads support, with opportunities to lead initiatives and eventually manage a team. Strong English and time management are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on digital marketing experience.
Strong Canva skills with polished marketing materials.
WordPress and Elementor experience for pages and updates.
Experience creating and managing social content across platforms.
Experience preparing email campaigns, ideally in Mailchimp.
Excellent written and spoken English, with Australian audience feel.
Strong time management across multiple clients and deadlines.
Comfort using AI tools to work faster while ensuring quality.

Responsibilities

Create social content for client brands across platforms and schedule in Loomly.
Update and build client WordPress/Elementor pages with responsive layouts and basic SEO.
Build and send Mailchimp campaigns with segmentation and delivery.
Support Meta Ads and Google Ads, prepare creatives and copy, monitor results.
Assist with SEO and Google Business Profile management.
Prepare monthly client reports in AgencyAnalytics with key findings and improvements.
Manage tasks and files in Monday.com and maintain quality checks.
Identify workflow gaps and help implement scalable processes.
