Job summary

Alorica is seeking a Digital Marketing Senior Specialist to support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and demand generation. The role will lead nurture, drip, and personalization programs across platforms and ensure the health of marketing automation efforts.

Collaboration with Marketing Managers, IT, Creative, and internal clients is essential. The position emphasizes optimizing the customer journey, ABM collaboration with the Growth team, and expanding channels while ensuring data integrations

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Undergraduate degree (B.A. or B.S.) preferred.
• Extensive experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and data platforms (RampedUp, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
• Familiarity with ABM platforms like Demandbase and 6sense.
• Experience with Looker Studio, PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, and BigQuery a plus.
• Exceptional collaboration, teamwork and interpersonal skills while always championing the user experience.
• The ability to prioritize, multi-task and execute quickly, while still following best practices in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns (including nurture strategies, newsletters, and multi-touch drip campaigns), ensuring high-quality implementation, performance, and measurable results
• Collaborate with the Global Marketing Organization to coordinate content, creative assets, and campaign components across digital channels while identifying opportunities to optimize and repurpose content
• Manage and execute ABM programs in partnership with the Growth team that will attract, engage, convert, and grow strategic accounts. Communicate ABM plans, deliverables, and milestones to leadership
• Understand the full lifecycle of the customer journey and be able to optimize for conversion at all points of funnel
• Help develop best practices and create, schedule, and report on email campaigns, landing pages, and digital content, leveraging the appropriate technical tools and optimizing for the best user experience
• Support new marketing channel expansion and process improvements and identify/maintain opportunities for data and tech stack integrations and automated workflows
