Job summary

CARLCARE SERVICE PH INC. in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to drive local social media, content, KOLs, livestreams, and digital campaigns across channels.

You will review local content quality and support product launches and promotions, coordinating with BTL and e-commerce teams for cohesive campaigns. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in digital marketing in the Philippines, with strong knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and local consumer trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital, social media, brand, or e-commerce marketing experience in the Philippines.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, KOL/KOC, livestream, and local consumer trends.
• Strong creative judgment and experience managing content, creators, agencies, or creative teams.
• Experience in consumer electronics, lifestyle, retail, or e-commerce brands is preferred.
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and online campaign mechanics.
• Excellent English communication, ownership, project management, and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead local social media, content, KOL, livestream, and digital campaign planning and execution.
• Review and ensure the local relevance and quality of social content, video scripts, visual assets, KOL content, and e-commerce product pages.
• Support product launches, e-commerce promotions, showroom activities, and offline campaign communication.
• Manage local content and creative resources; coordinate with BTL and e-commerce teams.
• Provide local consumer, content, competitor, and platform insights to the Philippines Marketing Lead.
