Job summary

Aboitiz Data Innovation (ADI) is seeking a Senior DevSecOps to lead security integration across development and operations. You will translate complex AI, data engineering, and software concepts into clear docs for diverse stakeholders, and design scalable, secure architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, IT operations, and security.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, containerization).
• Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., OWASP, NIST).
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, Bash, Java).
• Knowledge of cloud security practices and tools (AWS, Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex AL/ML, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Infrastructure and Security concepts into clear documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Create architecture diagrams detailing data sources, models, retrieval mechanisms, and user interfaces.
• Design for scalable software solutions via containerization for hosting and managing workloads.
• Design secure architectures to protect sensitive information and ensure data integrity.
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to development teams on AI projects.
• Identify technical risks early and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Participate in code reviews for architectural best practices and secure programming.
• Administrate software engineering tools.
• Security audit for Cloud Engineering Projects support.
