Job summary

Full Scale is a fully remote-first company seeking a Staff DevSecOps Engineer to strengthen security across the software delivery lifecycle, cloud infrastructure, and production environments. This is a senior individual contributor role with leadership exposure and cross-functional influence.

You will work with engineering, IT, product, quality, and compliance teams to improve CI/CD security, software supply chain security, Azure security posture, and vulnerability management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or related infra roles.
• 5+ years in DevSecOps, cloud/security engineering.
• Deep hands-on Azure with AKS, Entra ID, networking, storage, Azure SQL, secrets management, monitoring, and access controls.
• Strong CI/CD, dependencies, containers, secrets, and shift-left security experience.
• Kubernetes security, workload identity, network controls, and runtime hardening.
• IaC experience with Terraform, Bicep, or similar tooling.
• Scripting in Python, Go, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Vulnerability management with risk-based prioritization.
• Least-privilege and just-in-time production access; able to influence engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen security of the software delivery lifecycle, cloud infrastructure, and production environment.
• Improve CI/CD security, software supply chain security, Azure posture, and vulnerabilities management.
• Drive security improvements across Kubernetes, identity systems, pipelines, and production workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, product, quality, and compliance teams to drive audit readiness.
• Work hands-on and independently, influencing without authority.
