Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to manage cloud production environments, automate cloud deployments, and maintain uptime across global Cloud Services. You will participate in on-call rotations, monitor systems, and collaborate with Product Development and Engineering teams to improve operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in DevOps, strong scripting and Linux/Windows administration, and hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD in SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 6 years in the field.
• Experience with configuration management tools, DevOps and release management tools, and managing service container-based platforms.
• Experience in Linux and Windows administration, scripting tools, and configuration/administration of enterprise web applications.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment SaaS environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of Cloud production, pre-production, and other environment infrastructure, ensuring availability and performance.
• Participate in on-call rotation and monitor alerts to resolve requests within SLAs.
• Analyze observability data and perform proactive actions to improve stability and performance of cloud environments.
• Perform cloud deployments and support tasks, following Change Management and Incident Management procedures.
• Follow and contribute to Cloud Operations playbooks and runbooks, including backups and BR/DR testing.
• Collaborate with global Cloud Operations, Product Development, and Engineering teams on tasks and projects.
