Job summary

Coins.ph in Manila is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to architect and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, using Terraform and CloudFormation while enforcing security policies.

You will manage Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, Helm charts, and implement automation in CI/CD with a strong emphasis on BSP/ISO27001/SoC2 compliance. The role also covers security tooling, data-heavy app support, and AI-driven automation to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience maintaining high-availability services and distributed cloud infrastructure.
• Must-have: Kubernetes (EKS) and Helm expertise; strong AWS knowledge (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM).
• Production Terraform experience; security hardening and audit support.
• Programming proficiency in Python or Java for automation and tooling.
• Experience with RDS, Redis, Kafka as middleware; understanding of shared cloud security responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Integrate security controls in CI/CD; ensure BSP/ISO27001/SoC2 compliance with automated policy enforcement.
• Manage production Kubernetes (EKS) clusters and Helm charts for high availability and auto-scaling.
• Deploy and monitor security tools (WAF, SIEM, XDR, CloudTrail) and detect vulnerabilities.
• Provide infrastructure support for data-intensive apps and internal risk-monitoring tools.
• Explore AI-driven automation to improve incident response and engineer productivity.
