Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in DevOps, strong AWS experience, and proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools within Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5–10+ years in DevOps leadership at financial/tech firms.
• Proven success delivering automation across SDLC and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead DevOps modernization and adoption strategy.
• Engineer tooling to automate development, testing and delivery.
• Automate release pipelines end-to-end with observability.
• Improve production stability and drive metrics-based improvement.
