Job summary

Finastra is seeking a DevOps professional to transition applications from development to production in Manila. You will manage DevOps infrastructure, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure secure, high-quality releases. You will work closely with R&D and customers to deliver reliable product builds and timely deployments.

The role requires hands-on scripting, automation, and collaboration across teams, with a focus on continuous improvement and tooling adoption in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IBMi, DB2/400, RPG, and CL ILE with core principles.
• Experience with DevOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of security scans and code quality gates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver DevOps infrastructure and production readiness for releases.
• Introduce and deploy DevOps tools; implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage CI/CD automation and test suites with quality gates.
• Collaborate with R&D, product teams, and customers to coordinate releases.
• Maintain reliable DevOps operations with monitoring and minimal downtime.
