Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer

The Senior DevOps Engineer will develop, implement, and enhance build and deployment solutions for Navitaire products. Responsibilities include supporting Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery operations by creating and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines and releases in Development and QA environments, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and US counterparts, researching new cloud‑related tools and technologies, and ensuring scripts and processes remain up to date. The role also involves delivering test environment setups using Azure services, managing other cloud infrastructure technologies such as GitOps, Terraform, Azure Kubernetes Services, and Argo, providing environment support, investigating deployment issues, and performing analysis of internal team tools and scripts to fully automate solutions where needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps using native tasks, Terraform, Ansible, and other tools.
• Identify and address gaps in CI/CD stability by gathering data and providing feedback on commonly failing areas.
• Implement cloud‑native solutions for infrastructure and application performance monitoring, stability, and cost management.
• Create and deliver Azure resources needed for cloud and infrastructure projects via Azure Portal and Azure PowerShell.
• Develop and implement automation scripts/processes for building and deploying Navitaire products, and configure Dev and QA infrastructure.
• Assist Accenture SUS with deployment issues encountered during production upgrades.
• Analyze internal team tools and scripts to implement automated solutions.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience creating and setting up cloud resources in any cloud provider (Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Experience or knowledge in PowerShell, YAML scripting, SQL, and C#.
• 2–3 years of experience designing, setting up, and debugging CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic knowledge of containerization, Terraform scripts, and Kubernetes.
• Experience implementing security solutions in CI/CD.
• 2–3 years of experience on Windows platforms and networking.
• Experience creating automated scripts for build and deployment processes.
• Ability to research, learn, and utilize emerging DevOps tools and solutions.
• Proven ability to solve problems, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively.
