Job summary

HRTx Inc in Mandaluyong, Philippines, seeks an experienced Salesforce developer for a hybrid, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM window. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining enterprise Salesforce applications to support CRM, Case Management, Knowledge Management, and entitlement processes.

You will work with Apex, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components, and develop REST API integrations with Oracle Database and other systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of software development experience with strong Salesforce application development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL; experience with LWC and Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL/PL-SQL, JavaScript, and REST API integration.
• Experience in Agile and CI/CD environments; familiarity with Azure DevOps and Salesforce deployment practices; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL, and related platform technologies to support CRM, Case Management, Knowledge Management, and customer entitlement processes.
• Develop and maintain REST API integrations between Salesforce, Oracle Database, and other enterprise applications, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient data exchange.
• Deliver end-to-end software solutions following the SDLC, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, System Analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile development and CI/CD practices, while maintaining technical documentation and contributing to continuous improvement of applications and development processes.
