Job summary

VISEO ASIA is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design and implement business technology solutions on the Salesforce platform in the Philippines. The role focuses on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and data migration to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

You will work across Salesforce Solutions such as Experience Cloud, Sales or Service Cloud, participate in requirements, design, architecture, and effort sizing, and support the team with technical advice and code reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering required.
• 3–5+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Visualforce, Apex, LWC and data migrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Solutions: Experience Cloud, Sales or Service Cloud.
• Strong analysis and solution design skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business technology solutions in Salesforce.com.
• Develop custom solutions on force.com including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, integration and data migration.
• Maintain coding standards and participate in code reviews.
• Produce client deliverables such as design docs and unit tests.
• Plan and execute internal unit and integration testing.

• Apply Agile SCRUM methodology in projects.
• Participate in early design and sizing activities.
• Understand business context and functional requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to the team.

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer who can join our growing team here in the Philippines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement business technology solutions in Salesforce.com
• Design and develop custom solutions on the force.com platform including significant work in Apex, Visual Force, Lightning web components, application integration and data migration
• Ensuring that optimal coding standards are adhered to throughout project delivery.
• Participating in code reviews
• Producing client deliverables such as detailed design documentation, unit test plans and well documented code.
• Plan and execute internal unit testing and integration testing.
• Release management including metadata deployment and data migration, environment comparison and version control
• Knowledge of Agile SCRUM methodology
• Participation to the conception phases with the following activities : requirement analysis, design, architecture and effort sizing
• Excellent understanding of the business context and functional requirement
• Excellent understanding of the technical solution to setup and the technical ecosystem
• Providing support and technical advice to the team
• Conducting code reviews

PROFILE:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT /Computer Science/Engineering
• Good analysis and solution design skills.
• 3-5+ years of experience in a hands-on technical/development role.
• hands-on in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications, including Visual Force and Apex, Lightning Web Component, Trigger, and Flow.
• Experiences within at least 1 of these Salesforce Solutions: Experience Cloud, Sales or Service Cloud
