Job summary

Tangspac Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Desktop / Systems Engineer to provide high-performance end-user and systems support across desktop and servers infrastructure. The role ensures stability, speed, and reliability across front-office environments, where low latency, rapid issue resolution, and stakeholder communication are essential.

You will also handle desktop and EUC support for banking users, incident management, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with infrastructure,

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in desktop or systems engineering within banking or financial markets.
• Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and user administration.
• Experience supporting MS Office, Office365, Teams and SharePoint.
• Ability to troubleshoot desktop, laptop, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and Wi‑Fi.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex, time-sensitive issues under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across front-office and technology teams.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, service-oriented approach.
