Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in the Philippines seeks an experienced Mechanical Engineer to design thermal solutions for high-precision semiconductor devices, including heating and temperature sensing for gas and liquid delivery. You will lead end-to-end engineering ownership, coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain, and support NP I processes, tests, and customer specifications.

The role requires 5–7 years in industrial manufacturing, a B.Sc.

Qualifications

• Must hold a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with build-to-print projects preferred.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Designs thermal solutions for gas/liquid delivery using CAD.
• Lead product development and present to sales/ops as needed.
• Coordinate with account managers to meet customer specs.
• Oversee fabrication, testing, and installation activities.
• Participate in design reviews and NP I processes.
