Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking an Engineer I in the Philippines to support manufacturing by preparing operation instructions, training personnel in the manufacturing department, and improving overall equipment performance. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment reliability to meet production demand.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical manufacturing automation / mechatronics, at least four years of related experience,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical manufacturing automation / integration of mechanical and mechatronic technology.
4 years’ working experience in related field.
Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, proficient in office software.

Responsibilities

Through troubleshooting and maintenance, ensure the normal operation of the equipment and meet the production needs.
Maintain the stability of the equipment, reduce process defects and improve the yield.
Assist ME to investigate and solve customer complaints.
Understand and have Knowledge of maintenance mechanisms and various maintenance strategies.
