Qualifications

• Graduation in Business Administration or related field
• Proficiency in German (B1/B2) both verbal and written
• Solid understanding of OTC derivatives concepts
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all trade confirmations are matched in a timely manner, meeting regulatory requirements on confirmation timeliness.
• Complete daily pre- and post-settlements within the agreed timeline.
• Coordinate with Sales, Trading, other DB branches and external clients for query resolution.
• Maintain a strong control environment and manage operational risks.
• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders and support cross-functional teams.
