Job summary

Solera Corporation in a fully remote role in Mexico is seeking a Senior SQL Server Database Administrator to sustain high availability and performance of our SQL Server infrastructure. You will operate in a follow-the-sun model, build new database infrastructure, and apply updates to ensure security and compliance.

You will also enforce backups, document legacy processes, and coach junior DBAs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize storage and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in highly available SQL Server environments, across virtual and physical infra.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.

This full-time, remote position is a critical part of our follow-the-sun support model, ensuring the highest levels of availability, reliability, and performance for our SQL Server infrastructure.
