Job summary

PaxSigna, a specialist talent solutions division of the Lennor Group, seeks a data science professional to design and deploy ML models for subsea fiber optic reliability and route optimization in a hybrid setup in Taguig.

You will develop geospatial workflows, ETL pipelines, and AI-assisted analytics, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders, and applying LLM-based capabilities to automate research and data extraction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience designing and deploying advanced algorithms, ML models, and data pipelines.
• Experience deploying ML models in production environments.
• Strong Python data science stack experience (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Hands-on geospatial analysis with GeoPandas, GIS tools (QGIS, GEE).
• Experience building Streamlit/FastAPI/Flask apps and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, and deploy ML models and statistical algorithms for subsea fiber reliability.
• Lead R&D initiatives including predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and route optimization.
• Develop geospatial data models, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Build scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows for large datasets.
• Create internal tools and lightweight apps (Streamlit, FastAPI, Flask) to improve workflows.
