ECLARO is seeking a Data Scientist in the Philippines to develop Bayesian modeling and MMM solutions, deploying them on AWS and delivering insights through dashboards. You will own end-to-end ML lifecycle from data prep to model deployment and monitoring, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive marketing strategy and ROI.

The role emphasizes scalable data pipelines, API-driven insights, and clear documentation while leveraging AWS services to ensure production readiness and observability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of expertise in using SQL, Python and related libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• 4+ years of experience designing, deploying, and optimizing data modeling and machine learning solutions.
• Experience working with SageMaker, EC2, S3, Lambda and other AWS services.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver high quality output under tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and deploy Media Mix Modeling (MMM) models to measure channel effectiveness and ROI.
• Build forecasting and simulation models to support scenario planning and budget optimization.
• Implement data pipelines for preprocessing, feature engineering, and automation of large-scale datasets.
• Build APIs and dashboards to deliver MMM insights into business workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, product, and leadership to translate results into actions.
• Maintain documentation, reproducible code, and version control.
