Founders Launchpad in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Data Scientist who will own the full data science lifecycle—from problem framing to deployment of scalable analytics products that drive growth. You will collaborate with leadership to translate complex data into actionable strategies across fintech initiatives.

You will leverage AI, ML, and diverse data sources to build predictive models, drive decisions, and advance analytics-driven growth across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science within fintech/startup environments
• Proficient with Python and SQL; MongoDB experience a plus
• Experience building and evaluating predictive models and ML pipelines
• Ability to translate analytical insights into business strategies
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and big data tools (Spark/Hadoop)

Responsabilités

• Leverage AI tools and LLMs to speed data exploration and model development
• Develop, validate, and productionize predictive models and analytical frameworks
• Streamline analytics processes for reporting and monitoring
• Build data-driven features to boost product performance and outcomes
• Contribute to R&D of new data products and modeling approaches
• Work with diverse data sources including credit, behavioral, transactional data
• Lead end-to-end projects from scoping to implementation and delivery
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to translate analytics into value
